MP3 Audio Steganalysis Using Calibrated Side Information Feature

In this article, the problem of detecting MP3Stego which is a typical steganographic tool for MP3 audio is analyzed. Since MP3Stego takes place in the quantization during MP3 encoding, the main data begin in side information which is an important parameter closely related to quantization is considered to extract the steganalytic feature. In order to improve the feature’s sensitivity, recompression calibration has been applied. Experimental results validate that the proposed method can detect the MP3Stego effectively.
